This kind of thing actually still happens, even in Maine.
The really interesting thing is that usually in that same spot is a Little Caesar’s guy holding a big sign advertising the $5 hot-n-readies. Man, would I love to see those guys do a side-of-the-road advertise-off.
I have always found those characters a little sad and pathetic. So ineffectual. So despised, even by Christians.
One wonders what particular combination of deranged thinking leads someone to believe this is a good idea…

He’s not trying hard enough. He should link the two (the Bible and pizza) and have the sign read “Hell: Hot and Ready!”
